The most successful founders are working within different dimensions of consciousness, whether they’re aware of it or not. And it’s this that so often decides whether a company becomes the defining name in its category, or simply runs out of runway. Same market, same access to capital, same access to talent. The difference is the dimension of consciousness that the founder is creating from.

Watch Michael Jordan in his greatest moments—a man considered not only the greatest basketball player of all time, but a global cultural and business icon. By his own admission, during a game there was a complete absence of thought. No hesitation, no calculation, no second-guessing. The mind silent, and the body simply moving.

Why is this? Well. Because the court holds every coordinate at once. Every angle, every opening, every possible shot already exists in the field. The logical mind of the third dimension can only work through them one by one, always a step behind the game.

But Michael Jordan isn’t playing from the third dimension of consciousness. He’s playing from the fifth dimension of consciousness. The outcome is already chosen. The ball is already through the net. So for him, the game is moving backwards in time. Every step, every turn, every move around a defender is the body unconsciously clearing the path back to a shot that has already been made.

Michael Jordan himself described being in the zone during the biggest games as like playing on a playground all by himself. Thousands of people in the arena, defenders all around him, and he was alone. Because in the fifth dimension, the obstacles have already been cleared. There is nothing left standing between him and the shot. The coordinates are already locked in. The future is already complete.

That’s the level of precision on offer for founders.

When a founder operates the way Michael Jordan played, time itself compresses. What the market expects to take ten years happens in three. The exit arrives years ahead of the plan, because the founder is no longer moving forward in time. They are coming back from an outcome that already exists. The founder is coming back from the future.

Outside this level of success, what we see is that most people are working within a third-dimensional linearity, meaning they’re under the limitations of the laws of cause and effect, and time and space.

And because time and space is activated in the third dimension, our physiology and our senses are also activated in this dimension. So founders looking at their third-dimensional environment are looking at other people, fluctuating markets, and current circumstances for cues as to whether their vision is manifesting or not. And then they’re making micro and macro decisions and taking action based entirely on what they’re seeing.

Now imagine if Michael Jordan played the game that way. Watching the defenders, listening to the crowd, checking the scoreboard, thinking through every move before he made it. He would always be a fraction of a second behind the play. Still a good player, perhaps. But never Michael Jordan.

Essentially, a founder’s physiology is running the show and that's never a good thing.

So consider the maths: the conscious mind has access to around 40 bits of data per second, while the unconscious mind has access to 11 million bits of data per second.

So when a founder is primarily working from the 40-bit conscious mind—from cause and effect, time and space, third-dimensional linearity—they are pushing a massive boulder uphill. They are completely locked out of the superpowers of the fifth dimension and the coordinates of success that are already available.

It’s not to say that the vision won’t be manifested, but it does cause a lot of stress and anxiety and burnout and depletion, all of these lower forms of energy within the body and hugely problematic. And of course, when your physiology is activated in that way, it limits access to the quantum intelligence that is meant to be building the company.

Now, when you go into what we’d call the quantum field or multiverse, something shifts.

In the fourth dimension, time begins to loosen. It becomes fluid and nonlinear. And in the fifth dimension, there is no space and time or cause and effect at all. In a sense, the universe is just pulsating, almost static in nature. And because there’s no time and space there, everything is available through coordinates.

So decisions are still made, but they’re made from a place of certainty—a place where the coordinates of the result already exist. The coordinates are chosen from one’s own sense of certainty rather than from what they are sensing and picking up in the third-dimensional environment.

When you operate from the fifth dimension with no noise or signals from the third dimension, you make entirely different decisions. You don’t match the current marketplace; you completely out-frame it.

When Michael Jordan was a rookie, his third-dimensional mind wanted what felt familiar—he actually wanted to sign with Adidas. That was the standard, comfortable third dimensional playbook.

But the moment that linear bias was broken, everything shifted. Instead of accepting the flat-fee cash sponsorships and fixed endorsement checks that every other athlete in the market was settling for, an entirely unprecedented architecture was locked in: royalties and a signature line created around his own name.

Had that deal been dictated by the status quo of the third dimensional environment, the Nike partnership wouldn’t exist. He would have signed a standard, linear shoe deal, and missed the very framework that generated billions of dollars in generational wealth.

And in doing so, he broke the matrix completely. He opened the pathway for generations of other iconic athletes to finally understand their true enterprise value—the exact same sovereign leverage that elite founders bring to the world-changing companies they build.

That is the difference between making decisions based on what the third dimension market already shows you, and anchoring into a reality where the ultimate enterprise value is already inevitable—a highly conscious founder just unlocks it.

Most people work within the limitations of time and space, going from the past into the present and into the future—a beginning, middle, and end.

The higher realms work in reverse. The outcome is already certain. The future is already created. And so we work backwards to the present moment. The only job here is to clear the obstacles. The obstacles feeling very real in nature but are ultimately an illusion.

When you anchor your certainty into the fifth dimension, you move through a form of quantum tunnelling. You no longer waste years of force trying to climb over the massive third-dimensional barriers in your industry. You simply tunnel straight through them, instantly appearing on the other side of the obstacle because your presence is already required at the final set of coordinates.

When founders understand these different layers of consciousness, the scaling, the part that can seem most daunting, becomes much more effortless.

There are still decisions to be made, of course, because we are still physically manifesting through the third dimension. This is where the vision takes form, where we move, build and act. But the decisions are no longer coming from the third dimension. They come from the fifth, where the outcome already exists, and so there’s a certainty within them. There’s no anxiety, there’s no going back and forth, there’s no second-guessing. The decision is already held within the outcome.

And this is where it becomes exponential.

When you’re working with the higher dimensions of consciousness and taking extreme action in the third dimension at the same time, that’s when everything accelerates. The certainty comes from the fifth dimension, and the speed and the force of action come from the third. One without the other isn’t enough. Together, they’re exponential.

It’s basically working with a consciousness that already has all of the coordinates. The outcome is already certain, and your only job is to come back from it and clear what’s in the way.

So I’ll leave you with this. The founders who will win the next era won’t be the ones who think harder or work longer. They’ll be the ones who play like Michael Jordan.

Mind silent. Outcome already chosen. Every obstacle already cleared. Alone on the playground, in the biggest game of their lives.
