Terms & Privacy

Short and plain. Last updated 8 November 2026.

01 — WHO WE ARE

Prism is provided by Jess Fenton. For any question about these terms, your purchase or your data, write to jess@goinward.co.uk.

02 — THE PRODUCT

Prism is a private, self-guided digital programme for a single founder: an audio suite and accompanying written materials. It is delivered digitally, in its entirety, by email. There are no sessions, calls or ongoing services included. The licence is for the purchasing founder's own personal use; the materials may not be shared, resold or published.

03 — PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price is shown on the Prism page, in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a third-party payment provider, or by invoice and bank transfer on request. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.

04 — DELIVERY

Access details are sent by email once payment has settled. If your access email has not arrived within 24 hours, please write to jess@goinward.co.uk.

05 — REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Because Prism is digital content delivered in full, all sales are final once access has been granted, and no refunds are given after that point.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to Prism and acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once access is granted. If, for any reason, access is never delivered, you will receive a full refund.

06 — NATURE OF THE WORK

Prism is educational and reflective material on consciousness, leadership and decision-making. It is not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and no particular business or financial outcome is guaranteed. Every decision you make remains your own.

07 — PRIVACY

We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver Prism: your name, email address and the details of your payment (processed by the payment provider). We use this information to deliver your access, to correspond with you, and to keep the records required by law.

Your purchase is entirely private. No client is ever named, and we will never disclose that you have bought Prism.

08 — GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
